Recently I bought a five year old house and I knew that I wanted to have central vacuuming again. I had it many years ago and had been missing it ever since. I did not know anyone who had central vacuum so I just went to the yellow pages. I talked with a few other people at companies who install central vacuum and was not very happy with the responses that I got. One person never called back and the others really did not seem to know much about their product. That all changed when I called Tucson Central Vacuum Systems and got David Dean on the phone. It was obvious right away that I was talking to the right person. He was extremely pleasant and I also felt confidence and trust in him. David Dean was very accommodating and prompt with his service call. He did a thorough job checking our entire system and made some friendly suggestions on how to properly maintain and troubleshoot for the future. He also took time to go through all of the different parts of our vacuum cleaner and was able to replace one of the belts as a friendly add-on to the service call with no additional cost. It was great to see someone who understands how things are tight all over and was willing to work with us on savings and maintenance moving forward….Thanks David!

FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION

David came promptly to our home and gave us a reasonable estimate to install a central vacuum in our new home. He worked well with our construction super, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He always arrived on time, cleaned up when he left and even took the time to show us how to use it after our home construction was completed. We have mostly tile floors and you can't believe how clean our floors are!
